Cmake Cannot Find Source File Generated

Now I'm following this example but CMake cannot find source file. The command receives source file a.c;/any/path/here/b.c which looks like a relative path with directory "a.c;/any/path/here" and file name "b.c". Then the quotes in add_executable(myexe "${mysrc}") tell CMake to treat the argument as a single string without separating the list elements back out by dividing at semicolons. So it should not be part of your test project: add_gmock_test(tests test1.cpp) Should be enough. check over here

How were Lisps usually implemented on architectures that has no stack or very small stacks? Would you have any idea how to solve that problem ? You're error messages indicate that there is no source "linked" for the Constructor in Parser (because it is in parser.cpp). That doesn't affect the existence of the file. Cmake Add Source Directory If I explicitly specify the path to parser.cpp (../source/parser.cpp) in add_gmock_test() then it's able to find the file. You should make sure it only uses your dependencies2015 folder. Cmake should then pick the dependencies2015\win64 path for each module and "CMAKE_LINKER" should use the x86_amd64/link.exe of visual studio.

Quoting of things in CMakeLists files is important, and you have to learn when to use them and when not to use them.

If you want to separate the listings of your targets source from your targets main CMakeLists.txt file you can take a look at target_sources() command. will point to the working directory of the running cmake process and not to the directory of the CMakeLists file. Cmake Source Directory Don't worry, after a couple weeks of trying to figure a few of these mysteries out, you'll get the hang of quoting things (or not) in CMakeLists files.

If you use target_sources() in a CMakeLists file that is in the same directory as your source files you should get your desired behavior. If it's more than 1, then add_executable tries to interpret it as 1 anyway because you put double quotes around it.
