C1083 Qt


This installs the Windows 10 SDK and fixes the problem. Make sure that the configuration of that kit and that Qt version in Qt Creator has the right compiler selected. This is extremely frustrating and I can't do any actual work unless QT starts recognizing my headers. There's no point to running vcvars yourself, since it only sets the environment variables for that particular instance of the command processor.
