I attempted reinstalling the printer, I tried right clicking the email in the list and selecting print. Below are steps I used to attempt to resolve the issue. File > Print2. YoJa, have you tried repairing or reinstalling Office/Outlook? Please try again now or at a later time. If they are composing an email they are able to print the email before sending it. Nothing worked for me.
