Normal printing works ok, ie Word docs, Plain/Rich text emails.  And if I save an HTML email to the desktop and then open with Word it prints.  Things I've triedInstalled/uninstalled HP From your description, I understand that most users cannot print emails from Outlook 2003 after installing IE9. See if this works for you: create a Fonts directory inside the virtual Windows directory (c:\Users\%username%\Windows\Fonts). There's a typographic error in your post.b. When we use Easy Print Driver, no error but really slow.

From the looks of it, this computer does not like the PCL6 for some reason. Hide Print preview is disabled for e-mail messages.Print preview is not available for HTML formatted messages. When we use the "true" driver, whe get the error describe in this topic.
