This system is up for legacy restores only. Have been trying other restores also. I got the machine to be able to process blocks larger than that and I ran netbackup import again and it still wasn't able to. Tape frozen/suspended just means that netbackup will not attempt to write backups to the tape because it has reached an error ratethreshold.
