Cannot View External Hard Drive Usb

because I've replaced the motherboard with a more healthy one but still second-hand (because of SD RAMs and ...). So the problem seems to be between the HP laptop and the EHD, something seems to have gone wrong. I'm completely devastated. I followed all above suggestions. Reply ALEC August 21, 2016 at 8:51 am I FOLLOWED THE STEPS, BUT STILL MY HARD DRIVE IS NOT RECOGNIZED IN THE DISK MANAGEMENT! I used a shorter USB cable and there was the drive! but I was happy to restore it.

It's possible the USB hub doesn't supply enough power. Windows did not let me use the drive. Thanks! Nope!
