Cannot Write To File Freepbx

The upgrade program cant open the file for writing. Are you using Trixbox? There is no change to the time/date when we use FreePBX (date always 1970, time always starts at 1200). Although the time/date is correct for some functions when set via "root" using PuTTY, all reports/logs run via FreePBX are wrong (date always 1970, time always starts at 1200). deanot26508 2015-09-19 20:16:09 UTC #11 The time was out on my server, go into your bios and check your time. weblink

As of right now, I have a hosed system that I can't even reload a backup onto any longer. We have been having issues setting the correct time and date on the Warp using FreePBX and/or logging in the Warp as “root” using PuTTY. Interesting thing, when I move extensions_additional.conf out of /etc/asterisk and hit the 'reload' button, the file is created but it is empty. I've redone ./intall_amp and reset amportal before I rebooted.
