Java and PDE: Can be created in subfolders of ws, but not in a folder of ws. Est ce bien comme ça qu'il faut inclure le projet ? This is an unnecessesary burden to get my source folders into eclipse.

Based on what you are trying to do, I think you want to use the File > Import > Existing Projects into Workspace command.
