  • We've replaced the jacks, the wires (from the nic, and from the patch panel to the hub), reseated the boards and reset the hub, still no solution.

Also remove any windows networking (Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Setup Tab). Select the Windows Setup tab, double click on Communications and remove the check mark from Dial-up Networking. I believe that my TCP/IP is conflicting with my drivers.
