Problem is, 'gpedit.msc' doesn't open in the Run menu, simply giving me the standard message that I've mis-typed something and it can't find it. Admin, it worked like a charm! I always get the error "MMC could not create the snap-in". I have windows 10 Home edition 64-Bit and it worked wonderfully.

I can still run notepad, even after a reboot.
